I simply cannot day enough good things about this experience. Erica, the rep who first contacted me was kind, personable and extremely helpful. She explained all the options thoroughly and I knew exactly what to expect. The installer was early and understanding that I had to leave to pick up my daughter. I felt completely comfortable allowing him to get started while I was gone. He installed the system and was very knowledgeable about what we needed and the equipment he installed. Our service tech, Stephen, was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and put up with my dog bugging him. The installation process was so easy - so far we're very happy with the customer service.Â
