Nick was very professional and knowledgeable with the installation and equipment.
The Install Technician, Justin, did a Great job with the install. He was Very professional and took time to explain the operating procedures of the system. I would Definitely recommend ADT to anyone looking for a top-grade security system.

worked with DeWayne (905-9316 security side) that said he & was able to give me a deal because of my realtor. I asked if they could remove the old system & he said that would be no problem. I recommend DO NOT TALK TO DEWAYNE OR ANY OF THESE FOLKS ON THE PHONE BUT ONLY IN WRITING because when the new system was installed the rep Bryson said they didn’t want to tear Walls. Installed ADT security system with these guys. Expect to sign a $2000 contract for 36 months while only getting 1 keypad a a few sensors and then when you reach out on email asking for help, no response.
The tech left a hole on my living room wall, then they sent a contractor out to patch it but the wall is now mismatched from the rest of the wall's color. I now have to repaint the entire area to make it match again, which is very expensive to do, do not trust the techs with the work they do on your house. Numerous other errors and deceptions were made by the tech and sales rep. ADT as a whole has a great app and the cameras are decent quality. I would look elsewhere for your security needs.
The sales team and installation team were not in good communication and the installation team was not well versed in the equipment they installed. Ultimately, I ended up paying more for a poorly installed system that underperformed. While they meant well to try and fix the problems, they were not experienced enough to complete the job competently. I was told Ithis was setup through my realtor and we had certain things that they would install. So really all I have are two cameras one on my back door and one on the side of my home. 3/4 of my home and all windows are unprotected. I am not happy at all.
