My 2020 Didge Ram.Would not start, was towed in and your Service technician Worked me in the queue, got me out as quick as possible, with an absolute smile ;). I don’t recall her name but she was absolutely amazing… And so was Raquel, the young lady that checked me out of the service department. My car was serviced for a recall and as far as the care of my car and the repairs it was excellent . However my issues came into play with communication and waiting . I dropped my car off early Thursday and was told to keep calling back on which I did , and eventually gave up on getting it back Thursday which was fine because my original appointment was Friday at 2.
