We booked over a week in advance for a recall part. After receiving 4+ emails and texts confirming our appointment, our repair took the entire day to repair as you were waiting on a part. Thankfully, both of us were home and we were able to share a car. I would expect a planned recall fix would make for predictable parts being on hand at the time of the appointment.
The team did exactly what they were asked to do and they were very pleasant the entire time.
Everything went well. Maybe cut down on the reminders via email and text. I think 4-6 emails and texts is a little much. Maybe just one time, the day before? Other than that, it was all good. Thx.
I made an appointment for my Jeep due a roof leak. The only issue I had is the wait time. I specifically made the appointment for the water leak tech but also decided to get my oil changed and tire rotation. After 4 hours and no communication, they hadn’t even looked at the water leak. That was the one item that could take the longest to fix depending on what it was, and I felt the appointment system didn’t allow for that. My warranty work was completed quickly & professionally. The customer service was again, top notch! My service advisor, Nicole , stayed in contact with me on the status of my car so I was never wondering what was going on. Great job Rhythm!
Experience good only problem is I had to call to see if my vehicle was ready from having oil change but I did take in consideration facility was busy that day
