Rich is hands down the BEST person you can go to for not only your loan needs but literally anything and everything you need throughout the whole home buying process. We have now bought 2 homes with Rich and each time there has been some problem in the buying process and that’s when Rich would go above and beyond contacting whoever he needs to, to solve the problem and ensure the house buying process moves forward. Richard does a great job. He's always there for us, responded promptly when we tried to contact him. He is very knowledgeable about the mortgage industry, helped us make our original mortgage happen and now guided us through a re-fi. Little tricks like taking control of our insurance/tax escrow so we could earn interest for ourselves rather than the mortgage company. Very knowledgeable, clever and attentive.
