Rich made the whole buying process so smooth and gave great advice in regards to the whole process. We have our dream home because of him. Very good at communicating and responds very fast. Rich and his team are amazing and would definitely recommend there services. It is very nice to have a team that treats you as family instead of an account number.
Rich was amazing to work with, especially being first time home buyers. He took the time to explain everything step by step to us at every step of the process. He sent us monthly payment scenarios on all the houses we toured so we could get an understanding of what our payments would look like. He also answered all of our questions in such a timely matter! Would highly recommend Rich to anyone who’s looking.
