Richard does a great job. He's always there for us, responded promptly when we tried to contact him. He is very knowledgeable about the mortgage industry, helped us make our original mortgage happen and now guided us through a re-fi. Little tricks like taking control of our insurance/tax escrow so we could earn interest for ourselves rather than the mortgage company. Very knowledgeable, clever and attentive.
