We were extremely pleased with Richard (Honquest) and his team at Preferred Rate in both Oak Brook Terrace. IL (and Lake Geneva). He was extremely knowledgeable about home mortgages and the market in the Lake Geneva and helped us avoid some pitfalls that other agents would not have been aware of.
