Richard goes above expectations for his clients. None of the banks in town wanted to work with my wife and I were first time buyers since we didn't have a lot of credit history but Richard did. He got us financed on our house at a great rate. Since then we have refinanced with Richard twice. We won't work with anyone else as long as Richard Reed is in business. We have referred him to friends several times and will continue to do so.
