Can't say enough good things about Richard and PRMI! After working with another lender who ended up not being able to get a USDA loan to go through even though I was pre approved. I was devastated. I called Richard, he not only got a USDA loan approved, but at AT LOWER interest rate! My nerves were shot after the experience with the other lender.
