Richard the rock star Richard was called in as cavalry after the initial gentleman couldn't help me because of the chaotic nature of the union sometimes, but he didn't have a problem. Even though I'm as hard to nail down as a wet noodle, he was patient and communicated with me through the whole process. Couldn't me more grateful for his help in closing on MY NEW HOME!!
