Pleasant experience Mr Salazar was extremely courteous and professional. All of my questions were answered quickly. I have zero complaints, only good things to say about my experience with this company. I communicated with two other coworkers of Mr Salazar and they were equally as courteous as he. I’m thankful for the quick and easy process for obtaining this refinance loan.

A great loan experience The loan process from the very beginning was a great experience. The loan advisor was very polite and courtuous. Rich took the time to explain to me all my options and didn't move on in the conversation until I understood the information given. Rich was in contact with me often through the process to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Rich as a loan advisor. I would work with him again.
