Rich Polonsky is amazing. I have lost count of how many mortgages he has done for us over the last 20 years. The process is by nature a pain. It was almost painless!!!
Rich was amazing. We had a loan person before going to Rich and it was not a great experience. Rich was professional, friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. Through the escrow process we had a few hurdles with the seller and Rich was there every step of the way to make the process go smooth and make sure we got into our house. I don’t think we would’ve gotten through the home buying process and into our new home without his help.
