Rich was awesome in helping us get a new loan for a big purchase. He explained every part of the process thoroughly and knew exactly what we needed from the beginning (with a detailed list which helped us keep all in line). Rich is willing to meet in person which we appreciated greatly, although most paperwork can be done electronically if that is one's preference. The process was smooth and quick with Rich and we highly recommend him!
I have sought out the services Rich Polonsky several times since 2002 and have found him to be straight forward about the refinance process. Wow! This refinance was a bit more complex than what would normally be done and Rich handled it with nary a hitch. His vast experience allowed him to anticipate any potential problems and we were well prepared when any popped up. They were then easily dealt with and the process moved on.
