Rick was FANTASTIC. I would not have had this outcome with anybody else. Rick was always there for me. If I had any questions he was always a phone call away. I tend to have multiple questions and bother people, however, Rick always answered my phone call or text. He is such a kind soul, every time I got on the phone he was so happy and cheerful. It honestly makes any experience ten times better. Not only this, Rick is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He is a very smart individual.
