Richard Wuersch and his team including Jackie were absolutely top notch. I was unable to close a loan at a top competitor and they were not only able to get us approved but closed our loan in the absolute fastest time possible. I have closed on many home loans but this was truly the best and shortest experience we have ever had to wait. Richard Wuersch is outstanding and has my highest recommendation. He is an expert in his field and goes above and beyond in assisting you every step of the way during the mortgage application process. He is always ahead of the curve so you will not be surprised or caught off guard if an issue comes up, because he has already prepared for it. Rick was awesome! He stood by me through the whole process. Always was there to answer questions and help from start to finish. Highly recommend this was the most stressful thing I have done and I can't imagine not having someone walking you through the process as he did with me.

Rick was very patient with me as I was stressing a lot since this is my first home purchase. He was always nice and professional. He constantly kept me up to date with my loan status and helped me thru any problems we had. I’m very happy in my newly built home thanks in part to Rick’s hard work in getting me my loan. Closing costs and monthly ended up being less than the estimate also. Good little bonus! Thanks Rick and happy new year!

Rich and his team were great. Whatever they ask for, Do your best to supply them with the documents they need. They work very fast but efficient. I searched for a property Late November 2018, and closed on it within (3) Weeks. I felt like I was on the price is right show and won it all at the end........... Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!
