Overall experience not toobad but was notified vehicle being done. When I got to the service department it was the wrong vehicle. I drive a max steel ram 1500 big horn. It was confused with a white ram sprinter van. Was told it would be done before 5pm not done till close to 6pm. Also being charged a $60 work order fee is trash. Was told for inconvenience somethimg would be worked out. Nothing was discounted.

Service was fast and good. Price for service was also excellent. I really appreciated Bobbie Adkins in the service department. She was highly professional and helpful. Very on top of things and understanding.
