The customer service with Cesar Mendez in the service department is the reason we keep coming back! He is very dedicated, he goes above and beyond what is required. As long as I have my Jeep and it needs service I will continue going to Richardson Chrysler Jeep Doge to Cesar Mendez!

When o arrive ved to the service center , there were 3 people and no one aproched me to find out if I need it assistance , I was waiting for someone time till I when to the service desk. The service adviser looks like he was new and didnt answer all my questions . I took my 2021Jeep for the last oil chance and Ineed it to renew or buy a new plan , he never name up with an answer for me while I was waiting for my Jeep. He told me that he will call me shortly and Im still waiting for the call. I guess I will go to another deal... read more
