I have been through the refinance process several times but, none compared to the experience I had this time. The calmness demonstrated by Richmond, Myisha and staff involved was reassuring. My experience was beyond exceptional. Our loan was done within 20 to 21 days, give or take. There was an app that was utilize during the process which made the whole communication between Richmond and his assistant Alexis seamless and consistent. Anytime I had a question or concern I was able to go on the app to look at updates, as well as receive updates as soon as things were completed or needed to be turned in.
