This is the 2nd time we have used Richmond Kodua as our Lender, and we have once again been completely satisfied. What i will say, is this 2nd time we learned a valuable lesson. We originally went to another lender to use an alternate program, and that didn't work out. Although Richmond didnt have that same program to offer, he gave us his valuable opinion, and ultimately we wound up circling back to him.
