This was not the easiest loan to deal with because of the previous owner current location and other family factors ,but everyone there were very patience and professional. Richmond is THE Loan Officer !!!!! We have now used Richmond’s 3 times, 2 times buying a house and 1 for refinancing. We would never use anyone else he suggests it for some reason. He truly is looking out for your best interests at all times. He knows his job and puts his clients first!!!!!
