Richmond and his team went above and beyond to make this loan process go as smoothly as possible, including working round the clock and being available to us at all times. We always felt like we were in good hands--they had our best interest as their priority. They are the only ones I would trust with any mortgage loan needs!
This is our second home, financed through Richmond Kodua and Vault Mortgage Group. For the second time in a row they have shown exceptional customer service, communication and a transparent process. We were made aware of the entire process and what we needed to do prior to the start. I hope we don't move anytime soon, but if we do we will 100% be coming back to Richmond!
Richmond and Joshua showed the right amount of attention and care during this arduous and somewhat antiquated process.
