While I have no previous experience with mortgages to compare with, I understand many things have changed fairly recently in the lending industry, and that it is much more rigid. In hindsight, Pacific Mortgage is the best! This was our first purchase and we did not know what to expect. Pacific Mortgage was professional, thorough, an understanding. They gave us their best. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them with our next home purchase.
