This is our second home, financed through Richmond Kodua and Vault Mortgage Group. For the second time in a row they have shown exceptional customer service, communication and a transparent process. We were made aware of the entire process and what we needed to do prior to the start. I hope we don't move anytime soon, but if we do we will 100% be coming back to Richmond!
Richmond and Joshua showed the right amount of attention and care during this arduous and somewhat antiquated process. They are both extremely knowledgeable (especially for first time homebuyers) and ensured we were informed along the way. I’d highly recommend this dynamic duo and the great people they work with. I am at least to all of my family, friends, etc.
