RecommendedWonderful practice. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and to make us understand all of the options available to us. Each person that we encountered from care coordinator to dentist to everyone we encountered in the hall made us feel like part of the family. We’re so happy to have found this place. Covid practices are very thorough as well.

I mistakenly arrived at the wrong location. Instead of turning me away and rescheduling, the awesome staff at the Mechanicsville location was able to see us. Both the hygienist and the dentist were wonderful with her. Thank you so much for helping this busy mama out! I highly recommend this practice!
RecommendedWe recently moved here from out of state. All of the staff were professional and kind. They listened to my child, asked after her interests, and even suggested an alternative toothpaste to the "sand" stuff dentist's normally use. They squeezed some out and let her smell it to see if she was OK with trying it. When recounting what happened at at another dentist (negative experience), they assured me they use a "tell-show-do" approach. (Common practice in teaching and therapy).
