Rich's Plumbing saved the day. My fathers toilet started leaking and Rich's was working next door. My dad asked them to take a look. They went over, fixed the leak and all was great. This could have been a disaster if Rich's plumbing wasn't willing to help. They went above and beyond.

Rich's Plumbing provided exceptional service. The Technicians replaced my Goodman Heat Exchanger and allowed me to watch the process. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. They did not leave a mess and they were very thorough. They even tolerated my questions. HE-HE!!! Anthony and Connor were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. Five stars to Rich's Plumbing.
Had a minor heater problem and they guided me over the phone and helped me resolve... at no cost!!! No one provides this level of service anymore. Next time I have an issue beyond my scope, I will be calling Rich's Plumbing.
