I have used Rich’s for a few years now for plumbing and hvac, but learning that it can be a hit or miss. The below is for a recent plumbing job. PRICEY: $1000 for replacing laundry tub and shut off valves - while I had provided the tub and faucet. No breakdown of material and labor at the end of job.
