Had a minor heater problem and they guided me over the phone and helped me resolve... at no cost!!! No one provides this level of service anymore. Next time I have an issue beyond my scope, I will be calling Rich's Plumbing.
I have used Rich’s for a few years now for plumbing and hvac, but learning that it can be a hit or miss. The below is for a recent plumbing job. PRICEY: $1000 for replacing laundry tub and shut off valves - while I had provided the tub and faucet. No breakdown of material and labor at the end of job. I later came across their website and it has a price list by job. Labor for laundry tub and shut off valve replacement at time of writing this was $250 each.
