Rick, and Pacific Coast Mortgage Advisors as a whole, were incredibly helpful in the loan process of selling our old house and buying a new one. He worked with a sense of urgency and explained everything in detail to help us feel confident in our decisions. They even organized a mobile notary to come to our house to sign all loan documentation. For something that is considered one of the most stressful events in your life, it was easy and stress free.
