Rick was AMAZING as usual. We have worked with Rick prior when we bought our home, and we knew Rick would be the perfect person to contact to refinance our home. He was so patient with our questions and emails. I cannot put in words how efficient and thorough he was. Most of all, he was extremely accommodating with my work schedule so phone calls were always after work hours! Definitely would recommend Rick to anyone!
