This is my second time having the pleasure to have Rickelle as my loan officer. She is very courteous and always on top of thinks to help you through your loan. Very informative and let me know all the time what was going on with my loan. I chose her the second time because she was very courteous and and did such a good job on my first loan. Working with Rickelle was the best, most comfortable, and pleasant experience I have ever had with a lender for buying or refinancing.
