Rickelle was great, more than great actually. She was always available when we had questions whether it was first thing in the morning or 8 o clock at night. We couldn’t be more grateful to get a lender who cares and knows what they’re doing. Working in the industry I know to have an easy smooth transaction you need a good lender on your side and being 9 months pregnant during the time we were in escrow it was nice to know I didn’t have to stress when it came to our loan.
