We were not happy with the way the situation was handled. Complainant should have reported complai Experience with complaint of another guest regarding our pets barking and guest pounding on our door while we were out fir one hour. We returned just as hotel phoned (we were in the parking lot). The manager wanted us to downsize and move rooms. We explained that our pets would calm down now that we were there and no one would be pounding on the door. We enjoyed the room, comfort, location

Very Good No countertop space in bathroom, no iron in room, not enough space to hang clothes, no comfortable chair to sit in. Restaurant closed. Clean room
