it was an amazing get away stay. nothing everything
Would definitely stay here again. This hotel had a great location and friendly and helpful staff. They are in the middle of a remodel, but working around it just fine. Our room appeared all new! Also, they have popcorn in the room for you:) I would highly recommend this hotel.

Disappointing for price and comfort and amenities. Cost was overpriced, location is in remodeling process. but prices were not reflective, and dust was evident. No comfortable chair in the room. Only a metal strait back. o place to sit. Shower and bathroom are not convenient. Bathroom door doesn't allow for access to room easily and shower stall is not user friendly. Shelf is in poor location, and it is difficult to turn on and regulate the water temperature in the shower. Property was close to my brother's house.
Good continental breakfast was not always available location and clean room
Nice The pillows were very uncomfortable. Location is great very peaceful little town
Good The pillows were either too soft or too hard and lumpy. It was being remodeled. The room gets very muggy. Good distance from Ouray, if you want to save some money. It's dog friendly.
Wonderful No early check in, nothing on the instructions that said absolutely no early check in for any one. We are talking 30 minutes here Clean room,
