John was very courteous and did a great job telling how the gate worked. Very easy to get checked in.
Since we are a repeat customer, we were already aware of the great customer service.
I did everything online and when I showed up, my gate access code wouldn't work. Sign on the office said that the person was off site and would return shortly. This 30 minutes before they closed. I called the 800 number and they could not fix the problem. So I'm now sitting in my truck with no a/c and it's 109* outside.
