I did everything online and when I showed up, my gate access code wouldn't work. Sign on the office said that the person was off site and would return shortly. This 30 minutes before they closed. I called the 800 number and they could not fix the problem. So I'm now sitting in my truck with no a/c and it's 109* outside. The guy (I forget his name) did return and was able to fix everything in about 5 minutes. He was laid back and courteous. The units themselves are very clean and well maintained.
