I rented from you about six years ago John was the property manager Because of the way I was treated by John I returned
John was very informative and knows the business..
The facility was clean and appropriate COVID procedures were followed. The lady that helped was pleasant and very efficient in getting set up with a locker. No problems whatsoever
Considering the Covid precautions, my experience was great. Missed seeing John as he’s been the reason I keep using Surprize Storage. But Charles did a great job getting me a Unit I’d want and was extremely helpful during the Lease process.
