The facility was clean and appropriate COVID procedures were followed. The lady that helped was pleasant and very efficient in getting set up with a locker. No problems whatsoever

Considering the Covid precautions, my experience was great. Missed seeing John as he’s been the reason I keep using Surprize Storage. But Charles did a great job getting me a Unit I’d want and was extremely helpful during the Lease process.
