We stored our boat at this facility. It's location was very convenient to us and the manager, Steve, was great to work with. As we were searching for a place to store our boat, Steve discussed the options with us and made the process so smooth. Very impressed with the customer service we received!
This place makes it seamless to rent UHaul trucks. The lady running the shop was upbeat, humorous, and gladly adjusted the gas meter mark when I mentioned that the tank looked slightly less full than what was marked on the contract. They also have a Dropbox next to the truck making for an easy after hours drop off.
This is a great location and Sue was very helpful with making sure we were taken care of and very responsive to any inquires or needs we had. Thank you for accommodating us to make our move easier.

I relocated from Denver to Austin. This place was really easy to deal with good location. The manager set me up right away and I was in and out in about 45 minutes which included a tour and getting the moving truck set to unload. The manager was ready nice and helpful
I should have written this a long time ago, but didn't get the chance. I've had the best experience with Store More! self storage. I have 2 units: a climate control storage unit, and a space that I store our boat. Don is just about the most personable and helpful person ever! Our boat is old and rarely gets taken out. He takes time when the tires go flat to make sure that they stay inflated. He also has been helpful in keeping water off the top of the boat. We have used Store More Self Storage (formally Midwood Storage Hwy 71 West location) since 2005. Great storage unit, easy access and friendly people.
