Unfortunately, I have to give a single star to this business. Even tho they come up as a place to rent U-Haul trucks, they don't. Called them before I even made a reservation and they walked me through the process. Went to go and pick up the truck today and they didn't have a single one and said they don't do that. She had the reservations and everything. Don't be fooled.
I stored my apartment furniture and some other items here for 4 months while I was away for the summer. During that time, rodents got into the unit and completely destroyed most of my items there such as paintings and chairs. There were also a great number of insects that were infesting the unit. I had chairs chewed through, and the mattress and boxspring were so soiled with feces I decided to dispose of them. There were hundreds of droppings and dozens of dead insects. Although the manager is very nice, I am rating this place a 1. I've paid for climate controlled storage for a year now, only to discover my unit had a leak. All of my belongings have MOLD on them now, and the storage facility refused to recognize their negligence. They were happy to keep accepting my money though.
