Great experience! I checked out many different storage facilities in the area to store my things during my summer college break and I found this place to be the best option by far! The price is great and more importantly the service is amazing! Laura is very friendly and worked with me to make sure all of my storage needs are met. The units are clean and hours of operation are convenient as they are open longer than most other places.

The service was amazing. The lady in the front desk went over everything with a smile, and missed none of the details. You will not find a better price we looked everywhere. They run things very professional which I have to admit I was a bit weary about it because of the price but we were impressed.

Great customer service from Laura and most affordable storage in Phoenix! Laura went above and beyond to made sure that I got the storage size I needed and she is such a sweetheart! Thank you guys!!! A+++++++++++¥¥¥

I was initially really worried about renting out a storage unit, as I had heard of horror stories, but my husband convinced me we needed to store our stuff while we were moving. He did the research on Black Canyon Bargain Storage, and I am so glad we chose it! We rented a 10x10 storage unit for a great price - very competitive to other storage centers, and Black Canyon Bargain Storage has better reviews than all of the other storage places nearby. So far so good. Check in experience was just fine, nice and helpful and friendly. We got one of the loft spaces, and they are good for the price. Close enough to me if I need to stop in real quick I can. Better experience and price than I thought it would be.

We all know no matter what the circumstance, moving all of your stuff sucks. And added stress is added stress, anything can add to that. Thankfully though in the midst of having to move my things, thank and praise God I didn't have to deal with any jerks when I got a storage unit. It was actually quite the opposite. Dealing with Laura at the front desk was actually really pleasant, which I was not expecting in the least. She was very sweet, helpful and just good people. This place is so convenient right off of the the I-17. They had some great deals right now for paying the first month then getting several free and that made this the best price per square footage of anywhere around that I saw. What I loved the most was the customer service orientation of the management. I was taken care of, all my concerns were heard, and they have been great about returning calls or following up with any other items that I need. Recently rented a large unit and found the manager (Lacey) to be EXTREMELY professional and helpful. She responded promptly to my emails, and was quite pleasant in person. The process of signing the lease was seamless and took all of 10 minutes. I feel safe visiting my unit, with cameras and lighting everywhere. I will keep renting here... it's convenient to me on Bell Rd and I17, and easy to get to from the highway. Very pleased with my experience and highly recommend to others.

Excellent customer service -- very friendly and warm! I called from out-of-state to reserve a storage unit for a friend in Phoenix and they helped me pick the right size unit and took care of all my questions.
