The absolute worst company. My unit was broken into and things were damaged and stolen. Their response? "Oh yeah this has been happening for months". No email, phone call, or courteous text went out letting anyone know these units were being broken into. When I expressed my frustration the employer said "well I certainly wouldn't rent from here". The woman at the front desk at the 24th Street and Thomas is rude! Second time she has been with me. Elevators are down so I asked if there was an ETA on when it might be fixed. She very bluntly said "No" as is I was asking some ridiculous question. Then I asked since she doesn't know and it could be awhile, will they be crediting my account since I can't take things out or I'm my unit. Her response... Absolutely Not!!! I'm going to be looking for a new place. I do not recommend this place.

My experience may be unique, but they treated me like dirt. I've never seen anything like it in my life. I expressed frustration with receiving emails telling me I needed to pay my rent when I had already, days earlier, paid my rent. I was told that if I didn't like it I could move out, and then when I pushed back on their ridiculous behavior, they terminated my lease. You can't make this stuff up!

Rate increases just keep piling up, very regular and big jumps. Very poor experience, the new owners are only about milking rate increases every few months.

RightSpace Storage now, expect lofty rate increases. 1 year in the price just keeps climbing, the latest increase went up 20%!!! Started with a 3 mo discount to get you in the door but the gloves come off immediately after with regular rate increases. The other reviews are all with previous ownership!

Used to be run by AllState Storage, and they ran the business very well. New owners, changed the name to Black Canyon Bargain Storage...TERRIBLE! Do not rent their units. They doubled the rates to all customers, they do not know how to run a business or what the term "customer service" means. If I could give this business a negative star, I would.
