What a great experience from beginning to end. I originally looked to Yelp to find a clean, easy to access, convenient location to store some furniture and checked out Smart Bargain Storage as a result. I looked no further. Reasonable prices, excellent facility, and friendly, efficient help in identifying the right size locker from Brittany. On move-in day, Pia was not only helpful in getting me all set up, she was also wonderfully pleasant. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with Smart Bargain.

Pia was awesome! She greeted me kindly, took me on a tour of the place, explained my options and then quickly went through the leasing process. They gave me a free, new, quality lock with key and ensured me that if my things didn't fit in the unit size I had selected, they would easily transfer me to a larger unit. We will see how I feel once the whole process is complete in 6 months but initially, Smart Bargain Storage looks like a great choice!

My newlywed husband and I were looking for a storage unit that we would need for a short period of time in between our individual leases. We wanted to find a place central to make the move to our new home as painless as possible. Dean, the manager, is amazing!!! I have rented from other storage places before, but this has been the best experience. At the other places I was just a number, but Dean makes it a point to remember everyone's name. The place is clean and kept up. As for the prices, can't beat them.

Unbelievably inexpensive. They are running various specials right now that will blow you away. I literally felt like I got away with robbery. This place is fantastic. Great customer service, air conditioned units, friendly atmosphere, it just can't be beat.

Very nice and accommodating! Highly recommend. Air conditioned storage, lots of different storage room sizes, elevator, secure, inexpensive, and they usually have great deals! I can't believe the price considering how nice this place is. Plus they use solar energy which is amazing!!

Seriously had to downsize my living space in my last move and didn't have a place to put everything. Found this place nearby and was thrilled by the 2 months free deal. Great customer service. Chris was a doll! Clean unit with great security and elevator access right to my unit. Chris made the move in process so easy. I definitely would recommend Smart Bargain. Thanks Chris!

Right space storage should be called wrong space storage the store at 3114 East 24th Street has numerous problems including problems with the door when the door is broken it is broken for at least a month or more unable to access the building during the access hours posted online and buy the company you'll be caught outside waiting and waiting and waiting cuz people work there but it's difficult to get in and out of the building during the hours of 9:00 and 6:00 and on Saturday it's 9:00 to 5:00 they don't care if the door g... read more
