Make sure you watch their billing. Seems they like to bill you for their property insurance even when you have your own. Shame on me for not looking closer at my bill, but I took my 20x20 unit full of stuff to another storage company when they would not refund my money for coverage I did not need. Yes they are on every corner so it is convenient, but when it came to getting a few extra dollars from me I felt screwed and did not even get a kiss first.

Sorry I called it the red space storage it's the right space storage and it's on 24 East in Phoenix Arizona and the address is 31 14 and the air conditioning doesn't work even though the hours aren't what they're supposed to be they're still renting space the hours haven't that door hasn't been fixed so the hours are whoever shows up when they show up anywhere from 2:15 to Uno's until what 6:00 oh yeah one more thing they have some kind of vendor payment program that nobody's on so getting something fixed at any of these loc... read more

Yeah the red space storage on 24th Street which is 3114 24th Street East 21st Street has been locked down with temporary hours for the last 33 days you're thinking of story in any other workspace those you should find a different person to cuz the money away right space is a terrible place it's the wrong space

My 300 SF unit had a ceiling leak that ruined several paintings stored below it. (Black mold.) As the leak seemed to come from a unit above mine, management could only call the unit owner. No action was taken to seal the leaking ceiling seam. Or help with mold removal. I was offered another unit but no help with the move process. ( I had moved in @ 6 months earlier from a basement unit in the same building.My monthly rent went up @ $50 after during that period.) Made reservations. Called to confirm the reservation, confirmed the location was open. Drove to the location and they were closed during normal business hours. Called them again, they stated they could complete the rental over the phone, then they couldn't. They also stated $29 move in fee which jumped to $41 due to $12 insurance fee they do not disclose. Complete closed bait and switch b.s. waste of time!

The staff were always nice, and the facilities were simply standard. Yes, there were sketchy people hanging out at times, but they never bothered me. My issues are that the corporation is always raising the rates. Inflation, this, inflation that. The increases are not justified, in my opinion. The straw that broke the camels back was they attempted to make me sign an agreement that said I could not leave a bad review. WTF is that about. I moved out after that. Check out other places before going here.

Was considering renting here but saw homeless people loitering near the dumpster and the loading dock. As I was leaving I saw a couple come out of the building and the girl was putting a pair of bolt cutters in her bag. Not a good sign to rent here.
