The most crappiest place to store your stuff, I got my unit broken into, I had all kind of important stuff that honestly can't be replaced. The storage unit has been having all kinds of break ins every week! They never notified anyone at all. The workers there are rude as hell! Do something smart and go somewhere else to store your stuff!

This place it the epitome of scumbag corporate ownership. Apparently they've had over a hundred units burglarized since the beginning of this year. 8 of them were last week and 6 this past weekend including mine. When I asked why they didn't have a guard I was told they do but they're part time and they wait until the guard leaves. I then asked well at the very least why didn't you notify anyone storing items here that other units in the same building had been burglarized, no answer.

I gave it 2 stars for very nice staff however the facility itself I did not like they close too early on Saturday when is a day off for my husband to help me move heavy stuff completely closed on Sunday so not good weekend hours which was inconvenient I don't like the in and out access it had a long access code to enter and exit my unit entrance was ALWAYS locked so very inconvenient for me to access my storage I always had to take the extra step to call the office to open for me when they didn't answer then had to drive ar... read more
