Stay far away from right space and specially now that they where purchased by public storage . I wasn't even there two months when I received a letter stated a 34% rent increase . $170 to $221 in just two months . I didn't have a move in special . $170 was the agreed fee for rent . They said it might go up a few dollars but didn't sound like 34%. I moved out immediately after this letter . Unit was broken into 3 times in less than a year, I was left with almost nothing. Cut the cords off everything, stole a bunch of stuff, completely destroyed everything, somehow they just keep letting it happen, you would think they would upgrade security or have someone there over night watching but they don't care, it's not worth the money, they got multiple desks out of the unit.... Without anyone seeing.... Just go somewhere else because if your stuff is worth saving, it won't be there when you go back for it. ​​​​​​​​

This place lets homeless people live in the storage units. It isn't fair to judge and assume they are a threat, but I personally do not feel safe storing things here anymore. So just a warning before you start looking for storage places.

do not, i repeat do not rent from these folks if you have anything of value and they suspect it they are braking in, coming to get it. they are a bunch of low life theives that steal from people making a transition smfh (god don't like ugly) you will get caught. they will tell you too it's secure but it's not. the manager (the ring leader) and the whole staff steals they have no life, this is their side hustle, don't put your stuff in the hallway where they control the narrative on who opens or close the hallway. how they ... read more

Worst storage company! I've had 2 units in the past and they both got burglarized within a two-month period. I lost many valuable items. The management didn't bother to inform me until 4 days after the burglary? The facility didn't have working surveillance cameras and had chicken wire like fence. Run, save your money, time and frustration.

So when you're in the process of having your dream home built and designed to your liking, you buy what would complement your style and you go with your interior designer to purchase your furniture and all that is inquired to make your home a reality. So I ended up having to get one of these thingys and what a major pain in the neck to deal with. Be warned , DO NOT RENT HERE . My rented unit here got broken into YESTERDAY today is Saturday. Tish the site manager just called me a few minutes ago to inform me that I was broken into right before their closing time. She said they were busy cleaning up after the mess, like that's my property that was stolen, Mind you they won't be open tomorrow! So I have to wait until Monday to even file a police report. I arrive to the facility on September 10th do put some things in my storage unit and I notice a my lock is gone. I thinking they didn't receive my payment and they put there lock on it so I head to the front desk and ask them what's going on with my unit and they state they had a break in. Said they called me and left a voicemail, they Had only called once and didn't call the emergency number that was on the contract. My decision to depart from you facility is a direct result of right space storages business ability and ethics management. The United States is truly a good place.
