First time I have ever rented a storage garage...I will be moving to Hemet at the same time I'm moving from Palm Springs...I thought it would be great to move boxes early and not have to have them in the way while I have the place painted and carpeted...The staff was understanding and very professional, even taking the time showing me the area's and sizes they had available...Customer service at its best.
This place is a good place to store your extra stuff. We came when we were moving, and we had extra boxes. The staff was very professional and gave us a good rate. Me and my husband felt very safe storing our stuff there. It comes with great security, and we can come and go early in the morning or late in the day.

This business needs to be boycotted for the terrible treatment of their customers. They have absolutely no regard for tenants here. Shameful

I regret renting here, my unit ransacked. How when my lock is still on? Interesting. Also very suspicious that the staff arent the slightest bit concerned. They told me to report it to the cops, wouldnt even review the camera. Stay clear from this place.
This place has a long history of jacking up the fees so they can sell the units at auction. It's like an auction warehouse instead of a storage facility. And don't believe them when they tell you it's okay to make a late payment they want you to lose your stuff. No lie. Don't rent here.
Don't rent here. They let the units get ripped off and don't do anything about it. They auction the units off to themselves as well. Very shady
