The poor decisions made by the employee's at the San Jacinto location have impacted my life deeply. My money was refused after my bill was hiked up to an astronomical amount in a very short period of time. So they jack up the customer's bill, refuse the customer's money ( EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE CORRECT AMOUNT FOR THE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT I HAD WITH THEM) Then sold my whole life and every picture my entire family has accumulated for 5 generations & refused to even ask the winning bidder to leave behind my clearly marked boxes ... read more
This is the worst storage place me and my husband ever rented from. Their own reviews on their website lie soooooo much. Not secure. Only rented for 3 days because it got broken into. Then they made us move our own stuff to abother unit, without help, in the rain and hail, with our 3 year old. We moves our stuff to another storage unit with in a day abd they still kept charging us. Went to talk to office and they said they would take care of it. Then got a $175 deliquescy bill. Got into my storage unit to find rat poop everywhere and my items chewed and nests everywhere. When I spoke with the office they quickly showed me a stack of so called "pest control" proof. The explanations was somebody must have stored food and the rats traveled from other units. Had to trash all furniture due to the damages and renters insurance included does not cover rodent damages... super convenient. Do not store here unless your prepared to throw away your money and belongings
Sorry guys I wish I was leaving a good review, if I were than I would still have my tools. Instead someone else has my tools even though I have the money for the last whole 2 months that I was behind. Guess I'll put it towards new tools I have to by now.
Wow talk about being verbally assaulted by their so-called manager more like a sob so I called the guy up 10 minutes ago wondering why my third month is twice as much as my first month when they clearly have an advertisement that says your first 3 months 50% off so I call it clarified things because I work hard for my money just like the rest of the world and they got pretty much cursed me out and I told him you know what Hotshot I'll be there in 2 minutes and as I was getting here I saw him put away in his great car but he... read more
Very disappointed on how my situation was handled. I understand that things happen, but my belongings (expensive couch, clothes, gadgets) were destroyed by rodents. There was rodent droppings all over my stuff along with nest inside my boxes of clothes. Mostly everything was chewed. I was very nice to the manager and let him know, I was fully expecting some sort of refund as I was only here 3 months. I was calling around getting price quotes and I called rightspace. I asked him what the price on a .5x10unit they quoted me $45 over the phone, they charged me a $20 administrative fee and they sent me paperwork to fill out on docusign showing that it was $45 a mo. Just got into my storage space yesterday evening after not being in here for months. I see f r e s h rodent droppings all over my sofa, mattresses, boxes, and chewed up things all over our unit. My mother has rented from this lot but under a different company and was never once encountered such filth and infestation. I am putting in my vacancy ASAP and will be removing my things. what an awful bunch of crooks! don't rent a space here! I had a space while I was looking for a house, literally used it for two weeks..all which they knew up front.
