This is the place to go if you're in need of a storage! Yolanda in the office is a really nice and always helpful, I've been meaning to leave a review for a while but I definitely recommend this place 5/5 Thank you Yolanda!

I really like this self storage above any other in the High Desert. Yolanda is the beat she treated me like family instead of a customer. She put my needs above my money and they were the cheapest price also. Thank you so much Yolanda.

Yolanda helped me out in securing a storage unit at an excellent price! Immediately I noticed that she was concerned for the benefit of the customer above all else offering me advice that saved me money. She provided me with excellent customer service. I left very satisfied with a storage unit and the knowledge of a great experience. I will recommend this place to friends and family and anyone else who inquires me about a storage unit.

This place has excellent customer service and incredible prices! They are extremely helpful and take great care of their customers. Monica went above and beyond when helping me move into my unit! Thank you for everything that you do! There was a minor problem with my bill - but they are adjusting it, no problem. Very help and considerate! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY MOVING EXPERIENCE SO EASY AND STRESS FREE! It's nice to know that my stuff is safe!

I called yesterday to get a quote on a storage unit, i was greeted by Monica and she gave me a great price of 55$ a month for 12 months on there biggest unit...and on top of it she provided me with a moving truck and a driver.. i will be recommending this self storage to friends and family near by.. thanks for your services Monica

If it was possible for a zero rating i would give it all day only thing good about the place was the manager Ashley super friendly and helpful everything else just sucks they raise the rent every 4 or so months they say for upgrades but they never do them security cameras hardly work no mirrors for cross traffic only have 1 employee so if she is gone their closed the doors for the units don't always work right sometimes I would stand their for 5 mins just trying to open or close the door absolutely horrible experience

I would give them a zero if I could. Nothing but issues. First they told us that we had to buy a (really low quality) padlock from them... which was ridiculous. Recently; they decided (despite the fact that it's not in our contract) that they will charge us insurance of $11/mo. Moveover they have raised the rent from $110/mo to $140/mo. with less than a month's notice. We have never been late; have the payment on an automatic billpay from our bank.
