Brittany and Lauren were amazing. Made the call and Brittany was very happy to show us the place within the hour. Bargain Storage offers very reasonable rates so the decision making process was quick and easy. Very secured location with plenty of Cameras everywhere. This location is convenient and easy to get to if you leave near or around Central Phoenix, works out great for us. Highly recommend this location. Brittany was clear in explanation and expectations of the rental agreement and could not have been more pleasant or more accomadating. I left feeling confident my entire household was secure while i found a home. The hours and accesibility work well with my schedule and the price was better than expected. Brittany alleviated a whole layer of stress from my move across country!

I decided to give Smart Bargain Storage a try because of all the great reviews I had read on Yelp. After walking into the office I knew I had made the right choice. The woman at the front desk was fantastic! She was so friendly, helpful, and thorough. The prices are great as well! I would absolutely recommend them for your storage needs!

Brittany was super nice and quick to give me what I needed. She was extremely helpful and probably one of the reasons why I chose Smart Bargain Storage. I called around to other storage facilities that had sales representatives trying hold out on smaller storage units, only to waste my time trying to up-sale me to a bigger unit that I didn't need. What a great experience from beginning to end. I originally looked to Yelp to find a clean, easy to access, convenient location to store some furniture and checked out Smart Bargain Storage as a result. I looked no further. Reasonable prices, excellent facility, and friendly, efficient help in identifying the right size locker from Brittany. On move-in day, Pia was not only helpful in getting me all set up, she was also wonderfully pleasant. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with Smart Bargain.

Pia was awesome! She greeted me kindly, took me on a tour of the place, explained my options and then quickly went through the leasing process. They gave me a free, new, quality lock with key and ensured me that if my things didn't fit in the unit size I had selected, they would easily transfer me to a larger unit. We will see how I feel once the whole process is complete in 6 months but initially, Smart Bargain Storage looks like a great choice!
