This was my first time using this business but I have been waxed before. The staff greeted me and gave clear directions about what to expect. The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. My overall experience was pleasant. The only thing that made me consider not returning is that hair was left. I’m used to a complete removal. I had an appointment so I couldn’t stay for a “do over.” Still the service was professional. Thank you
