Stayed in the remodeled impanema tower. The two nights I was there, the ice machine had no ice. Some floors don't even have ice machines at all. I was hungry. I went to the Canteen food hall and ordered Tony Luke's. My card kept getting declined as if I had insufficient funds on it. After the third try, the amount went through. The gentleman behind the register apologized and said that has been happening to him all day. Misrepresentation of a newly renovated room,,,, My family and I came to Vegas for a show we decided to stay off the strip at the Rio hotel we checked in 5/22/25 going to stay 2 days,, when I booked paid for 2 rooms, at check in the person at the desk advised us the rooms were recently renovated,, they upgraded 1 room for me and my wife. I recently stayed at the Rio from 4/27-4/29. When I booked the hotel room the bill was $186.40. When I received my bill the day I checked out, I was now being told I was getting charged $510.21. Looking further into the breakdown of the stay I saw I was charged $350 for a “smoking fee”. I was not aware that I smoked in my room! I have formally disputed a $350 smoking fee, requested that this charge be reversed, and disputing the charges due to the blatant falsehood As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I strongly caution and educate all of my patients about the serious health risks associated with smoking and secondhand smoke exposure. To be accused of smoking in a hotel room, when I actively advocate against it both personally and professionally, is both insulting and completely inconsistent with my values and behavior. Mi esposo casi muere por la negligencia de los empleados del hotel Rio, la razón, la noche que llegamos nos robaron absolutamente TODO de nuestra habitación, mi esposo se ha quedado sin ningún tipo de medicamentos para atender su hipertensión. La respuesta del hotel silencio absoluto, por culpa del stress y de no tener ni con que lavarnos el rostro mi esposo empezó a vomitar y tener dolor en el pecho, de nuevo, Silencio por parte del hotel. I stay here very often every week at that now I don’t think I will continue to be a customer. I have been disrespecting by many off the staff members front desk clerks, security and the bell desk many many times. Not only was I called a ***** but I was told to learn how to read and other rude comments for absolutely no reason other than the incompetence of others. I checked in on 8:13/2024 after making a reservation with booking .com for one day of which I checked out the following day. The room was going for $96.00 including resort of which they asked me to upgrade for another 34.00 dollars. I checked out on 8:14/24 and realized they had charged another resort fee and was shocked. I called and spoke to 4 different representatives and got the run a round and still hadn’t received my deposit back, they were all quoting different amounts. This is fraud and needs to be addressed,

I was at the Rio I'm a local. I went to visit a friend that stays there. I went on the casino floor I played 1 slot machine I hit. I went to the other I hit. There was a couple I was talking to they said what do I think is it going to hit. I said yes. Play max they only had $20 so they played lost. So they said why don't you play it. I gave them back there players card with 4 pulls I hit. They congratulated me. So I cashed out felt bad for them . Gave them $20 back. Maintaince worker complained something shaddy was going on.... read more
