Sarah, Esteban and Todd were excellent! Wonderful risotto special, Todd is so knowledgeable about wines, we always get a great pairing with our food and he knows what we like.
Our server Estaban did an outstanding job. It was our first time here so we really didn't understand the menu that well. He explained everything and helped with our selections.
Always a great time at Ristorante! It was our four-year anniversary and they have always made us feel special!
Carissa was our server and was friendly and knowledgeable. Great ambiance. Braised duck, beef carpaccio, and chicken were outstanding, the grilled seafood was so so. Probably would go back, but maybe just for a small plate or appetizer.
Have loved this restaurant since the first time i dined here with my now fiance! We love it so much they are now catering our wedding!
I have rarely met a server who had as much knowledge about food and wine as our server. The menu was very, very limited -- that is our only complaint. We would come again because the food was so excellent, but would not bring someone because of the limited menu. I had the pork chop which was fabulous and would have it again, but that was the only thing that I found that I would like (other than the skirt steak special). All but the server was great. We wanted a quiet, romantic evening, a time to talk, catch up, enjoy each other. The server kept popping in and pushing us to order. We told her that we weren't ready to order, that we'd like to talk over cocktails, and we'd let her know. But she kept popping in to take our order. Sheesh! Give us some space! Everything else was wonderful!
Great restaurant in Tosa. They serve italian food but with a twist on it. I would describe it as sophisticated italian food. Flavors are complex and the ingredients work well together. The pappardelle pasta with Duck Ragu sauce was unique and excellent. The wine list is impressive and they can help navigate it with good recommendations. The gelato was delicious. Our servers, especially Esteban, were great. Would go back often.
Just a wonderful experience from the beginning. The maitre d's welcome, the excellent service and attention to detail, the superb combination of food and tastes all made this a memorable evening. We regret we do not get down to Wauwatosa more often to enjoy the total ambiance of this great Italian restaurant. Carl
