He met with us rwice and discussed options, then answered any questions we had when we were pricing competitors as far as pros and cons of each item. We never felt like we were "being sold" just straightforward and honest answers. Always followed up and got us answers we needed quickly throughout the proccess. The installation itself was riddled with problems. The crew did not complete the job on the scheduled day, and no one from RiteRug proactively informed us of this. We had to reach out ourselves to point out that an entire room had been left completely untouched. Trim work throughout the home was also left unfinished.Once the installation was "complete," the quality issues became apparent. Regret doing business with this company. Explained to salesperson before I agreed to purchasing that I am a senior citizen and am disabled and could not do any heavy lifting. On the day of the installation the installers begrudgingly moved the heavy items. After the finished the install I noticed that they had scratched some of the flooring. I was told to get some **** dish soap and that would take care of it. It didn't. So the same people who did the installation came back today for the repairs. The first thing they said wa... read more
Be careful hiring RiteRug. We had carpets installed in a home we recently purchased. After the installation was complete, I noticed a couple days later that valuables were missing. I notified RiteRug of the incident, they apologized and suggested I file a police report, which I did. I have not since heard from ************************* least act like you care.

I purchased a new build home in August 2023 with flooring from Rite Rug. During my 1-year builder inspection, all of the laminate vinyl planks in my home had to be replaced because of defects (glue issues and odd shaping underneath). But that wasn't even the worst part. We live in a 55+ community in ********, **. The tile on the walls of my shower enclosure are so wavy. We contacted our warranty person and one of the supervisors came out to see. He was a miserable little man with a huge attitude. He said nothing can be done because it meets SC standards. Weve since told our warranty person we wanted to speak to his manager. I just wanted to take the time and warn neighbors about Rite Rug in *********. My Aunt hired Rite Rug a few months agoto lay linoleum in her bathroom and washroom and carpet her basement after a water leak caused flooding. Rite Rug came in and the workers cut the linoleum outside and brought it in to install. After they left my Aunt and Uncle went downstairs to start putting things back and place and immediately noticed the linoleum had been cut quite short. just a fyi this is about Rite Rug in general of ********, **** not the ************* location. My wife and I reached out to rite rug to get a estimate for our living room, the sales *** ***** showed up, we had a good talk, picked out carpet and got a good price. After that the sales guy refused to call or return our phone calls, text messages or emails, so we went to the warehouse on **** road and found out that this particular sales person is KNOWN for not returning messages who does that! We recently hired Rite Rug for carpet installation throughout our home, and we are extremely disappointed with the quality of their service. The installation process resulted in significant damage to our baseboards in every room they worked onnot minor scuffs or scratches, but actual gouges and chunks taken out.
