The first time they came out to our home there was no appointment scheduled, we had no idea they were coming but we already realized there was a language barrier when discussing it. Today was our scheduled installation they get here walk through and measure areas. The lady that was assisting them walks up to us and shows us a text basically the text was telling them to leave and not do the work I asked what is this about and she shrugs her shoulders as if she did not know. We ordered product from the Centerville location in 11/2021. When the product didn't arrive in the time frame it was schedule, ******************* and *********************** - store manager - were about as helpful as a bag of rocks. After multiple visits and calls to the office the store off-loaded us to the warehouse to contact directly. Our shipment came in 3 -4 late and in two parts. 300 sq first and missing the remaining **** sq. I placed my carpet order on January 10, 2022. Today is February 14. The job is not done. The company representative ************************* charged me the full amount, received her commissions, and reported to the main office about completed job. **** ignored my calls and messages; to get in touch with her, I needed to contact corporate office first. I am not a happy camper! I hired this company to install new flooring throughout my entire house. ****sqft of new floors including carpet, hardwoods, and LVP. I filed a complaint with my sales representative (*************************) before the job was even complete stating my hardwood floors had a white haze that would not come off. I was told I could fix it myself by using acetone. This did not work. They then instructed me to use mineral spirits. This doesn't work either. Rite Rug’s installation left us with unlevel floors that are now cracking and splitting I wish I could attach pictures this would save a lot of time. Their product does not perform it’s overpriced and the installations looks terrible. This is from an install in December 2019 that now has the flooring splitting for a couple months or one month before COVID. Both the flooring we ordered and the customer service were less than acceptable. We purchased commercial grade LVT which scratched in several places the first week we had it. One area that was scratch was done when they installed it. I had cheap linoleum previously which was in place for 7 years and never scratched. All the furniture had pads prior to having the new floor installed. Customer service took weeks to get back with us. They told us the warranty did not cover scratches and we could have them work on the scratches ... read more

We purchased a **** **** and werr told to go to rite rug to make our selection of carpet. They sold us on a $2500 upgrade and ensured us the quality was much better and carpet would last about 10 years. The carpet always felt as if we were walking on hard floor and 6 months in i had tgem come out to make sure we got the upgraded padding and carpet because it was showing wear. BUYER BEWARE! The attitudes, customer service and business practices of this company are deplorable. We decided to use this company when we were about to sell our home to fix our kitchen floor. Our realtor suggested them for speed and for the fact that we would get a realtor discount. The rest is downhill from there.
